He managed internationally oriented, empirical research projects as a scientific assistant at the International Center for Higher Education Research (INCHER Kassel).
He is currently a part-time lecturer for empirical methods and statistic software at the University of Kassel and the Hamburg University of Advanced Sciences for distance learning.
