For a single use case, we typically estimate 3 to 6 weeks. When evaluating multiple use cases in parallel, it takes correspondingly longer. The exact duration depends on the complexity of the use case and the state of the data.

Q: Can eoda also implement the use case after the discovery?

Yes. As a full-service provider, we support AI projects from the initial idea through development to productive operation, including MLOps and support. The discovery is designed so that the implementation concept can be seamlessly transferred into a realization project—with eoda or another partner of your choice.

Q: What if it turns out that the use case is not feasible?

That is also a valuable outcome. We transparently show which factors currently prevent implementation—and what prerequisites would need to be established to make the use case feasible at a later stage. This helps you avoid misinvestments.

Q: Do I need to already have data to start the discovery?

Ideally, you already have an overview of the relevant data sources. However, full data preparation is not a prerequisite—the data assessment within the discovery clarifies exactly which data is available, usable, or still needs to be acquired.
